Membership & Access
Membership Tiers
Access levels (Associate, Core, Founding) determine available features and content
Subscription Period
Memberships run for the specified term. Auto-renewal unless cancelled before period end
Pricing Changes
We may adjust pricing with 30 days notice. Changes apply at next renewal
Refund Policy
14-day cooling off period for new memberships. Pro-rata refunds at our discretion
Acceptable Use Policy
When using PerfectRebel services, you agree NOT to:
• Share login credentials or allow unauthorised access
• Copy, distribute, or republish member-only content
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operation
Content & Ownership
Our Content
All platform content, frameworks, and materials are owned by PerfectRebel Ltd or our licensors
Your Content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us licence to use it for platform operation
Limited Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to access member content for your use
Restrictions
No copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works without permission
Liability & Disclaimers
No Warranties
Services provided 'as is'. We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law
Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
Liability Cap
Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim
Exclusions
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
Termination & Cancellation
By You
Cancel membership anytime through your account settings. Access continues until period end
By Us
We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations, non-payment, or at our discretion with notice
Effect of Termination
Access revoked. Some provisions survive termination including IP rights and limitations of liability
Resolving Disputes
Informal Resolution
Contact us first. We aim to resolve disputes amicably before formal proceedings
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
Jurisdiction
Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes
Entire Agreement
These terms, with our Privacy Policy and DPA, constitute the entire agreement
