Career: 33 years in consulting, leading the execution of complex transformations, helping more businesses lead with agility and adopt more effective ways of working. 17 years of which scaling consulting businesses, helping clients achieve better outcomes

JONATHAN
Career: 16 years in professional services, scaling technology and change teams around CIO’s to drive execution of value through better ways or working, behaviours and capabilities. 13 years of which scaling a professional services business and 4 years scaling a Management Consultancy firm specialising in business transformation
Skilled at setting vision, scaling teams, building trusted relationships and clearing the path for people to be successful
Purpose: To help others be wildly successful
Superpower: Building high-performing teams, businesses and long-lasting relationships
